ONE COAT is a primer and sealer. Use it to seal porous surfaces such as drywall and wood so that topcoats of flat, eggshell, semi-gloss, gloss, and other paints will stick. It can be tinted to pastel hues to hide wall discoloration. ONE COAT is a paint finish. Use it as a final finish to produce a washable matte, satin, low gloss, and other sheens. Use it over ONE COAT Stain Blocker Primer to produce a “baby-butt” smooth, non-reflective, washable surface.
